Darknet Markets Links 2023

This is a list of the best darknet markets with .onion links in 2023. Every single one of these marketplaces is online, active, and recently updated as of 7th Feb 2023.

More than a list, it’s also a guide. You’ll learn how to stay invisible and secure, what to do and not to do on deep web markets and how to make/receive payments anonymously.

I’ll also answer some of the most commonly asked questions when it comes to darknet markets.

In a nutshell, your hunt for the best deep web markets ends here. Let’s get going?

How to become invisible before accessing darknet markets

While accessing darknet markets isn’t illegal, it’s still frowned upon by the government and law enforcement agencies.

You need to be sure that nothing you do on these markets can be traced back to your real life. Here’s how to become invisible on the dark web:

  • Download NordVPN. (Third-party verified and vetted “no log” policy/ specialized “onion over VPN” servers/ Panama-based/ <$3.50/month).
  • Launch your NordVPN app and select any country that’s not your own country.
  • Only then you should launch or download TOR browser.
  • On TOR, make sure your safety settings are set to “safest” (options > privacy and security > “safest”).
Tor Browser Security Settings
  • Close all other open programs on your system.
  • If you’re really paranoid (and, you should be) it’s best you install TAILS. It’s an anonymous open-source operating system. But it’s a very extreme approach and can be skipped.

Disclaimer

This list of dark web markets is exclusively and solely for research and educational purposes. Do not buy or sell on darknet markets. Trading (buying/selling) on these markets may be illegal. If you do so, it will 100% be your own responsibility. The creators of this article/website will in no way be liable for your legal or financial problems.

Factors I’ll be discussing for each market on this Darknet markets list:

  • Age: I’ve prioritized older marketplaces. These are less-likely to exit-scam and are generally more secure.
  • Number of products: More products equal more options equal more success for the market.
  • Security factors: I’ve listed exactly which security features these markets offer, and are missing.
  • Payment modes: These decide the transaction speed, fee and anonymity.
  • Wallet-modes: Wallet-less markets are more secure while Centralized wallets are faster for more frequent purchases. The choice is yours.
  • Vendor-transparency: I’ve made sure to prioritize markets which help avoid scams by displaying vendor history transparently.
  • Autoshops: Not a major factor yet I’ve mentioned which markets offer or lack an autoshop.
  • Vending privileges: I’ll also discuss the vendor-fee and other rules each market demands its vendors to adhere to.

If those factors resonate with you, you’ll find the dark web market of your choice here.

1. WeTheNorth Market (Canada Only)

Link: http://hn2paw7zaahbikbejiv6h22zwtijlam65y2c77xj2ypbilm2xs4bnbid.onion/

We The North (review) market is unique on this list. It’s a market that’s only for Canada. You can only buy from, or sell to Canadian addresses.

Despite it being a new market, it has got itself quite a lot of attention. Its product-stock is already over 4000+. Everything from drugs, digital products, guides, tutorials, software, counterfeit items, to Jewels and gold is available.

The only restrictions are on the sale of illegal porn, prostitution, hitman services, weapons and Fentanyl.

The interface is identical to Empire Market. This means most of you reading on this darknet markets link list are already familiar with how it looks and functions.

Users can pay using both Bitcoin and Monero. Advance deposits are required in both cases, there are no wallet-less payment modes available. Payments are considered successful after 3 confirmations.

Withdrawals are possible. Fee starts at 0.0004BTC. This fee increases for 0.038BTC+ withdrawals.

Vendors’ accounts are pretty cheap for now, set at $300.00. This fee is non-refundable in any case. If a vendor proves his legitimacy on other markets (by proving previous sales/reviews), he/she may get a free vendor account at WeTheNorth market.

For account security, the mnemonic code is generated just after registration. In addition to that, it also has PGP based 2-factor authentication as well as a security PIN (which protects funds).

What I liked:

  • BTC accepted
  • 2-FA + PIN  + mnemonic for security
  • Well-recognized and friendly interface
  • Cheap $100.00 vendor fee.

What I didn’t like:

  • It isn’t wallet-less.

2. Nemesis Market

Link: http://nemesis555nchzn2dogee6mlc7xxgeeshqirmh3yzn4lo5cnd4s5a4yd.onion/

Nemesis Market Mirrors’ Links

Nemesis Market has one of the simplest-looking and the most unique interfaces in the industry. It’s still just being born so only has about 2,000 products at best.

The categories are pretty diverse though. It has drugs, counterfeit, hacking, fraud, self-defense, guides & tutorials etc. Doesn’t allow the sale of illegal porn, hitman services, weapons, acids etc.

The market started off as a Monero-only market, however, as of March 2022, it also accepts Bitcoin as a mode of payment.

One of its most attractive points for me is that it’s wallet-less. This means users can buy products by sending funds for each order, directly from external wallets. You do not need to store funds on the market in advance.

Independent vendors are accepted for a 250USD vendor-fee. Vendors also pay a 5% fee on each sale.  Obviously, this fee is waived if the applicant is an established vendor on other popular markets.

What I liked:

  • Wallet-less
  • BTC+ XMR
  • $250.00 non-refundable vendor fee

What I didn’t like:

  • Product-stock needs to be increased

3. Ares Market

Link: http://sn2sfdqay6cxztroslaxa36covrhoowe6a5xug6wlm6ek7nmeiujgvad.onion/

Ares Market is just a few weeks old and was launched in August, 2021. Despite that, it offers nearly all the major features we want in a darknet market.

For starters, it’s wallet-less. So yes, chances of it exit-scamming are exponentially minimized. It’s also dual-currency, so users can pay using both Bitcoin as well as Monero.

Third-party sellers are accepted for a vendor fee of $499.00. This can be paid both in Bitcoin and Monero.

Because it’s very new, you won’t find thousands of products here. A few hundred at best are listed. The product-categories are pretty diversified, everything from drugs, fraud, digital products, jewellery, electronic goods to e-books is available.

The UI is largely in sync with other darknet markets out there. One slight change is that there are no product sub-categories. Everything is on its own, as an independent, primary category.

Escrow obviously is made available for most trades. For security, there’s the mnemonic code which facilitates account recovery. PGP-based 2-FA too is available. For more depth info, read Ares market review

What I liked:

  • Wallet-less
  • BTC + XMR Accepted
  • Balanced vendor-fee.

What I didn’t like:

  • No login phrase.

4. Quest Market

Link: http://questxwvkwvsw2qgeeljz4fbv6cq2kbmapo7tw5heu4nng2ufgykapid.onion

Quest market is a darknet market that can be accessed only after registration. Registration is free, anonymous and instant.

The market isn’t very old, and hence it’s product-stock is limited at about 2500 listings. It’s still not a bad number considering its age.

Payment can be made using both Bitcoin and XMR. Direct deposits can be made from external wallets for each order, no account-wallets or advance deposits are required.

It’s P2P and that means anyone can buy as well as sell products on the market. Seller accounts cost 0.01742562BTC or 3.80170316 XMR.

It’s pretty secure as well. There’s PGP based 2-FA, the mnemonic code and the anti-phishing phrase.

The market doesn’t allow the buying/selling of weapons, harmful chemicals and illegal porn.

Now, the market does lack a PIN, or the multisig escrow. However, due to its overall structure (wallet-less payments), those features become moot anyway.

What I liked:

  • New interface
  • Bitcoin and XMR accepted
  • Wallet-less
  • Not a very cheap vendor-fee.

What I didn’t like:

  • No major cons.

5. DeepMarket

Link: http://deepmarcxr3lklyjejuxkfe65exx54srsfay36zmpubutrmjqdo4w3qd.onion/

If you need a wallet-less market that has a very modern and easy interface, and a 5,000+ products, DeepMarket is the answer.

It accepts payments via Bitcoins. The good news? It’s wallet-less. No account-wallets exist and hence exit-scam probabilities are almost nullified.

Every imaginable dark web product seems to be listed. This includes cards, accounts, electronic items (either carded or stolen), counterfeit documents and so much more.

Vendor-history is very transparently displayed. The no. of sales on their profile tells you how legitimate they are.

It also supports multisig escrow. Account creation is mandatory but takes seconds, entered data can be gibberish and doesn’t have to be true. Vending is open  for everyone, vendor-bond required and is refundable. The price of the vendor-bond isn’t revealed publicly.

Buying frequently earns you a “level” and that earns you cashbacks. 0-3 purchases make you a regular buyer and you’re eligible for a 10% cashback.  Gold buyers need 4-6  purchases and get 15% cashbacks. Platinum buyers with 7+ purchases get 20% cashbacks.

 What I liked:

  • New, different yet easy interface
  • Wallet-less
  • Multisig escrow
  • Extremely transparent vendor-profiles
  • Massive product-database
  • Cashbacks for frequent buyers

What I didn’t like:

  • Account security features could be improved

6. Tor2Door

Tor2Door Market is a new comer and yet offers more features than many other darknet markets on this list.

It offers multisig transactions and also allows the use of both Bitcoin and Monero for payments.

The product-stock is pretty impressive as well. Over 7000 products can be found in different categories.  As long as it’s not illegal porn, hitman for hire service, poison or prostitution, it’s available on Tor2Door.

It does accept independent vendors for a $150.00 non-refundable vendor fee.

There’s a security PIN that prevents any major changes to your account. A mnemonic too is provided just after registration, helps recover accounts.

2-FA using PGP encryption too can be enabled. A secret phrase can be set which is shown on the dashboard after logging in. It helps identify phishing URLs (this phrase isn’t shown if you’re on a phishing URL).

What I liked:

  • Multisig transactions
  • BTC + XMR accepted
  • All the security features available
  • 7000+ products

What I didn’t like:

  • Not wallet-less.

7. World Market

Link: http://worldtx2zjdrxwwdvthuilhadqyfcl3fqgyjddhtakq3j4fonppvy3id.onion

It’s one of the most product-rich markets in the darknet industry today, with a product-stock of over 10,000+ items.

The primary products on World Market include drugs, digital goods, services, counterfeit items, and items related to fraud.

The second most impressive aspect is its autoshop (automated, instant-dispatch shops). This is not a feature you find often on darknet markets. There actually are two autoshops, one for cards and the other for accounts.

Impendent sellers are accepted. There’s a $650.00 non-refundable vendor fee required in order to sell on the market.  As far as product-restrictions go, it doesn’t allow illegal porn, hitman or prostitution related services.

Payments can be made using both Bitcoin, as well as Monero. Unfortunately, it’s not wallet-less and hence all deposits first go to your market-wallet, and then can be used for purchases.

Withdrawals are obviously allowed. Bitcoin withdrawals are charged a fixed fee of 0.0003 BTC and XMR is charged 0.01 XMR/withdrawal.

There’s a very filter-rich search panel. This makes searching for products extremely easy.

To keep the accounts secure, it allows 2-FA which can be enabled if you’ve some knowledge of PGP. A simpler “PIN” too can be enabled. This PIN is required to  withdraw funds from your accounts.

There’s also a less-harcore security measure. You can set an auto-logout timer when logging in. The market will auto-logout your account once the set time has passed.

Can you trust World Market vendors? Well, it shows you number of sales made by each vendor on many other markets. Then it also shows the “vendor level”, “trust level” (refer FAQ below for details), number of disputes and overall feedback for each vendor.

They even launched a forum which discusses scams, product-quality and other market related topics.

What I liked:

  • 10,000+ products.
  • Autoshop
  • BTC + XMR accepted.
  • Decent security.
  • $650.00 vendor-fee.

What I didn’t like:

  • Not wallet-less.
  • No login phrase.

8. DarkFox Market

Link: http://p5eg3xsssjglu6tvwfazp2nqqwfpah55wr3ljil2bezp5shix5ruqsqd.onion/

DarkFox is one of the newer darknet markets on this list. Right off the bat, you’ll like that registration isn’t shoved down your throats here. It allows access to products and vendor-profiles even without registration.

The product-stock is quite inviting and boasts nearly 8000 individual listings for now. It’s pretty acceptable given the market’s age. The only restrictions include bestiality, weapons, organs, hitman services, and illegal porn.

The market does have an autoshop which sells cards. Another rare feature on DarkFox market is the multisig escrow.

As for fee, vendors pay a 5% fee on escrow transactions, 4% on multisig. All withdrawals are subjected to a 1% fee. The vendor bond is priced at just $150.00 which may be good for vendors, isn’t a desirable price from a buyer’s perspective.

It isn’t wallet-less and hence all deposits must go to the market wallet first. The minimum deposit required is most affordable set at just 0.00005BTC. No other Cryptocurrency except BTC accepted.

Does allow 2-FA as well as a security PIN can be set during registrations. Again, the login phrase is missing and does hurt me.

The vendor-transparency is acceptable. Number of sales for individual products, as well as total sales made by a vendor are shown. Disputes, ratings and vendor-age (on the market) too are made available.

What I liked:

  • 8000+ products
  • Multisig escrow
  • Autoshop
  • Low minimum deposit

What I didn’t like:

  • Centralized deposits

9. ASAP Market

Link: http://47yozw37f6oidou5qetbmcexynadsks3ytcx4ijvpltcggyxpjujs2id.onion/

ASAP Market is just a year old as of March 2021. How does it qualify as one of the best deep web marketplaces then? Features!

It’s the only market in the industry which uses a “Fake Review Detector (FRD)” , “Scam Hunter” and “DeadDrops”.

As the name suggests, the FRD makes sure vendors do not use fake reviews on their listings to boost sales.

Similarly, the “Scam Hunter” somehow monitors and hunts down users who’re scammers. All this information is then posted publicly.

Another unique aspect is that it doesn’t force registration for its users. You can browse the market, its products, policies and almost everything else without registration. Registration is only demanded when making a purchase.

The “DeadDrops” is not just an unique but also extremely advanced and helpful feature. It allows vendors and buyers to use market-backed deaddrops with advanced features such as camera detection, a map, aliases instead of usernames and a lot more.

As for products, over 5,000 current listings can be found. Again, it protects buyers by not allowing “money transfer” listings. You’ll find almost everything listed except underage porn, weapons, lab viruses or animal/violent porn.

Selling is allowed for a $600.00 vendor fee. Sellers also pay a 5% commission per sale.

Alike most other darknet markets, ASAP Market too isn’t wallet-less. Hence deposits must be made in advance. For now, payments are accepted via Bitcoin and Monero.  You can deposit amounts as small as 0.0005BTC or 0.06 XMR.

Surprisingly, it even has a clearnet URL- www.asapmarket.co ! This can be used to get its most authentic, working URLs. (Never access without a VPN).

Security is offered using 2-FA and PIN. Again, the login phrase is missing.

What I liked:

  • Fake Review Detector
  • Scam Hunter
  • DeadDrops
  • BTC + XMR accepted.

What I like:

  • Not wallet-less.
  • No login phrase.

10. The Orange

Link: http://orange36te7f62wgdl55lvswtibjiuxji4f62tlxvdgmwtwedvrczlid.onion/

Darknet market that doesn’t force registration upon you. Product-browsing is absolutely open to everyone.

Its product-stock is equally impressive. The Orange has over 21,000 listed products. Naturally, “drugs” is the product that has the most items listed. Although, products such as digital goods, software, tutorials, currency, databases etc. also take up large parts of the product inventory.

Vending is open for everyone, a very impressive vendor fee of $1000.00 is required. This prevents scammers from signing up. Vendors also pay 1% fee for withdrawals.

As for payments, it accepts both BTC and XMR. Unfortunately, the market isn’t a wallet-less market. Deposits must be made to the market wallet.  On the bright side, it does offer multisig transactions as well as normal escrow on all orders.

The market even has integrated Bitcoin mixing, all coins sent in are automatically mixed before being sent to the vendors.

For account security, there’s 2-FA via PGP, an account PIN as well as mnemonic code for account recovery.

What I liked:

  • 21,000+ products
  • BTC and XMR accepted
  • Multisig transactions
  • $1000.00 vendor bond

What I didn’t like:

  • Centralized deposits.

11. Darkode Reborn

Link: http://darkodz2tjl6beko66mh55zxjoclqcwcpkbmela3ne3g2rvldhsnnpad.onion/

Darkode Reborn has one of the most unique registration/security features. You’re asked to set 2 usernames. One public, the other private. A combination is required for logging in, also helps keep the private username safe and hidden from other market users.

It’s one of the most heavily loaded darknet markets with over 80,000+ listings! Over 46,000 listings exist just in the “Drugs” category. Other unique listings include “corruption”, “offshore services”, “confidential info”, “media and influence”, “shill marketing” etc.

The normal dark web products such as digital goods, electronics, jewelry, documents etc. too are available.

The interface too is slightly different from most .onion markets, still easy though.

It charges a 3% fee, both for the buyers as well as the vendors individually. To become a vendor, sellers must deposit either $1000.00 (basic vendor bond), $1500.00 (Gold vendors) or $2500 (Diamond vendors).

It’s not wallet-less and demands deposits to the market wallet. Both BTC and XMR can be deposited and used for purchases.

The market offers in-built crypto mixer, which has a 3% fee/transaction, there’s also a separate “coin shifter” which charges 5%/transaction.

What I liked:

  • 80000+ products
  • In-built mixer
  • In-built coin shifter
  • Very unique products listed
  • Both BTC/XMR accepted
  • 3 different vendor bonds.

What I didn’t like:

  • Not wallet-less
  • 3% fee levied on both buyers & sellers individually.

12. Revolution Market

Link: http://jagayshovxfjqpk4vs6cdjv5qbuyftrr57e5l4kwazmbyemjcasrwaqd.onion/

Revolution Market isn’t the most popular, most product-rich or the best darknet market out there. However, it’s a market that’s still operational and does host a few products.

The interface resembles that of Empire Market’s to an extent. For now, it has just over 2,000 listings. All the traditional darknet products are available, this includes drugs, fake documents, counterfeit money, software, digital products, carded items etc.

Independent vendors can sell for a vendor fee of 0.005612 BTC or 0.743784 XMR. This fee is non-refundable. And yes, it does allow the use of both Bitcoin and Monero for payments. The market is moving permanently to only XMR pretty soon though.

It doesn’t allow the sale of weapons and Fentanyl. Revolution Market lacks wallet-less payments but does however make use of 2 of 3 multisig transactions.

They also say that a “hidden server” is used to hold user funds. However, this isn’t verified by me so far.

There’s 2-FA for added login protection, PIN for withdrawals, as well as a mnemonic for account recovery.

What I liked:

  • 2 of 3 multisig
  • Decent security features
  • BTC + XMR accepted
  • Acceptable product-stock.

What I didn’t like:

  • Not wallet-less.

13. Courier Market

Link: https://courier2w2hawxspntosy3wolvc7g7tcrwhitiu4irrupnpqub2bqxid.onion

Courier Market is a registration-only market, nothing is accessible without registering first.  It’s not the best of the markets, however, it’s been here some time and that gets it on this list.

As of 2022, it has less than 1000 products listed. The interface too is somewhat clumsy and not as clean as we’d like.

However, the product catalogue is interesting. On top of drugs, forgery and stolen items, it has items which most other darknet markets either don’t allow or don’t have list. The list includes animals, organs for transplant (very illegal), weapons etc.

It does accept independent vendors, for free! No payment required. It accepts both Bitcoin and Monero. The market isn’t wallet-less and that may be a downer for some.

Security is a bit lacking but not completely disappointing, it does have 2FA for account protection is nothing else.

What I liked:

  • Nearly a year old.
  • Extremely rare (even for the dark web) products available.
  • Both BTC and XMR accepted

What I didn’t like:

  • Not many products
  • Free vendor accounts
  • Not wallet-less

14. UnderMarket  2.0

Link: http://puyr3jb76flvqemhkllg5bttt2dmiaexs3ggmfpyewc44vt5265uuaad.onion

UnderMarket almost didn’t make it to this list because it only offers around 600 products for now.

But then it did get included here, primarily because of its age. It’s nearly 5 years old now which is a claim very few markets can make today.

The interface at UnderMarket 2.0 is pretty different and “clumsy” if I can say that.

However, its primary selling point is that that it doesn’t require registration, not even for purchases! Not even the best darknet markets in the industry offer that!

Because there are no registrations, there are also no market wallets. Well yes, it’s wallet-less! Then it also brought in multisig transactions for safer trades.

The exact product-stock isn’t listed but it does sell products related to carding, counterfeits, drugs, electronics, PayPal, documents etc.

Another unique (really) feature is that it has “apps” for Android and iOS! There’s also Telegram support (not unique, but rare).

Vendor sales as well as sales for individual products is transparently shown. Payments are strictly limited to Bitcoin only for now.

The vendor-recruitment is unique as well. It doesn’t charge any fee for vendor accounts! Rather a 15% fee on all sales is demanded.

What I liked:

  • No registrations
  • Multisig escrow
  • Android and iOS apps.
  • Wallet-less.

What I didn’t like:

  • Free vendor accounts (may lead to more scammer signups).
  • Low number of products

15. Versus Market

Link: http://q2f7swtpgvuwl5eo4244vseeyvt3i7x3253orm24bfpoq3hrld3azhad.onion

Versus Market uses a slightly different interface than most other dark web markets on this list. On the homepage, it has a top-bar but no “product-category” sidebar.

The top-bar, as is expected, lets us visit the different sections/features of the market. The center-screen is used to show a list of “vendors” instead of products as is normally seen on other tor markets.

It’s a wallet-less market. This means you don’t deposit funds to the market wallet. Rather, all payments are made directly during checkout, from an external/third-party wallet.

It also supports both 2 of 2 and 2 of 3 multisig transactions. This makes sure no one party (not even the marketplace) has full control of your funds at any given time.

Detailed stats about a vendor such as total sales, joining date, and vendor-level are displayed.

As for products, it allows the buying/selling of everything except weapons, porn (including legal porn), assassination services and Fentanyl. A weird restriction exists, it doesn’t allow the sale of “Garlic Bread”.

Drugs occupy most of its listings. However, it does have a range of other products including cards, dumps, guides, anonymity tools, clothing, jewelry, appliances, electronics, personal information, software and so on.

I must say though, it has better product-categorization than most if not all darknet markets out there. Security is ensured via 2-FA as well as a login phrase. Mnemonic available for account recovery.

For payments, both Bitcoin and Monero are supported.

What I liked:

  • Impressive product-arsenal
  • BTC + XMR supported
  • Wallet-less
  • Multisig transactions
  • Detailed vendor-stats
  • 2-FA/PIN/Mnemonic code
  • Accepts independent vendors

What I didn’t like:

  • No major cons

16. Vice City

Link: http://vice2e3gr3pmaikukidllstulxvkb7a247gkguihzvyk3gqwdpolqead.onion/

Vice City is another darknet market that’s primarily for P2P trades and acts as an escrow itself. It has less than 10,000 listings so far. Most of its products are in the “drugs” category, with two other categories being “digital”, “fraud” and services.

The interface is pretty traditional without a learning curve.

It demands a $300 vendor-fee for selling on the market. This is non-refundable. Doesn’t allow trading in porn (even legal porn and porn accounts), weapons, poison, weapons, and murder services.

Vice City currently only accepts Bitcoin payments but is integrating Monero in the near future.

For security, allows a PIN and 2-FA. The 2-FA is primarily for login. The PIN is for withdrawals as well as placing orders.

It’s a dual-wallet market, meaning, both centralized as well as wallet-less payments accepted. BTC payments require 3 confirmations.

What I like:

  • BTC + XMR (coming soon)
  • Wallet-less + Centralized wallets
  • Near 10,000 products
  • Multisignature available
  • Well-balanced vendor-fee: $300.00

What I didn’t like:

  • Honestly? No major cons.

17. Silk Road 4

Link: http://silkr4lawr2zanmaqfbcpdtmybjmk2m6lu3iv5iw7jyivyz2cgt2xgid.onion/

Silk Road doesn’t require registration or signing up for browsing products. Despite being a P2P, third-party, escrow market, it has only about 100 listings so far.

Currently has listings for drugs, fraud, software, e-books, services etc.

The interface is slightly different than traditional markets. For starters, it has a “top sold items” slider which shows the most popular products on the market for the month/ all-time.

Has a pretty high vendor-bond (considering its current status and user-base). Demands $500.00 as well as 4%-5%/transaction

Payments are limited to Bitcoin only. Transactions are secured with multisignature. For account security, there’s PGP as well as TOTP.

The saving grace is it’s a wallet-less market. Hence, you don’t need to make advance deposits and can just pay directly on the checkout page.

What I Like:

  • Wallet-less
  • Registration not required for browsing
  • $500.00 vendor-bond (keeps scammers away).
  • PGP+ TOTPs

What I didn’t like:

  • Only BTC accepted
  • Very few products

18. CannaHome

Link: http://cannabmgae3mkekotfzsyrx5lqg7lj7hgcn6t4rumqqs5vnvmuzsmfqd.onion

CannaHome is arguably the most successful niche-specific dark web market. It’s dedicated to Cannabis exclusively.

The primary products you can find there include Concentrates, Distillates, Edibles, Shrooms, Flowers etc. Has a massive product-arsenal despite only selling Cannabis.

Even the interface is very unique, modern and just welcoming unlike other darknet markets.

It totally is a P2P marketplace and does let independent sellers sell on the market. However, it has this very unique and impressive vendor policy. Scammers can’t just buy their way in on the market.

Every vendor must have a minimum of 500 “rated” sales and 6months of vending experience.  Also, only vendors with <1% negative ratings are accepted.  The final limitation is the vendor must be from the U.S.

It accepts both Bitcoin and Litecoin deposits. Is wallet-less and hence won’t be exit-scamming anytime soon. Also supports multisig transactions.

What I liked:

  • Very strict vendor audit.
  • Wallet-less
  • BTC + LTC accepted
  • Impressive product-stock
  • Easy, unique and welcoming UI
  • Multisignature accepted

What I didn’t like:

  • Doesn’t accept XMR.

19. Tor Market

Link: http://rrlm2f22lpqgfhyydqkxxzv6snwo5qvc2krjt2q557l7z4te7fsvhbid.onion

Tor Market is, well, a market on the Tor network. More specifically, it’s a drug-market. It only sells products such as  Cannabis, Weed, Ecstasy, Ketamine, Opioids, Benzos etc. As of today, it has exactly 394 listed products.

Despite an ultra-basic, outdated interface, it isn’t a single-admin market. It does accept independent sellers. Charges a 400 NZD vendor-fee, it roughly translates to about $270.00. An additional 5% commission/sale is required on each sale (paid by the vendors). The bond is refundable after 6 months if at least a few sales are made from the account.

It accepts payments via half a dozen Cryptocurrencies, these include BTC, LTC, ZCash and XMR. It’s wallet-less and doesn’t demand advance deposits.

2-FA via PGP is the only available security feature.

What I liked:

  • Wallet-less
  • Accepts 4 cryptocurrencies
  • Acceptable product-stock
  • Balanced vendor-bond.

What I didn’t like:

  • Outdated UI

20. Cocaine Market

Link: http://cocain2itdseriirz6akhtukerj7hh6cnkytkgrfjdsxn65rknizbjyd.onion/

Cocaine Market differs from the other darknet markets on this list because it doesn’t accept independent vendors. Only the admin(s) sell products. This is why it only has about half a dozen products listed.

Obviously, it only sells Cocaine. Different types of the products are listed, these include Colombian, German, Pure fish, Norway and so on. You don’t need to register to browse products on the market. Registration is sure required for placing orders. It isn’t wallet-less, funds must be deposited to the market wallet.

Only Bitcoin is accepted. Being a single-vendor market, the interface differs from traditional, escrow markets. Talking of escrow, there is none of Cocaine Market (as there is no independent seller, all orders are directly finalised).

What I liked:

  • Has an established reputation
  • Simple interface
  • Dedicated to one product

What I didn’t like:

  • Only BTC
  • Not wallet-less.

21. Evil Corp Market

Link: http://castlee5janmtc5h6jiorit7lzdhgfuy43po4oddgi3qpm52ljyljyyd.onion/

It’s a new market and yet manages to impress us on multiple fronts. For starters, it lets anyone browse the products without forced registrations. Users register only when they either wish to buy/sell on the market.

What can you buy here? Almost everything that exists on the planet, with the only exceptions being:

  • Underage porn
  • Murder services
  • Weapons
  • And Russian personal information.

Everything else, including drugs, counterfeit items, keys to software, malware, and even guides can be purchased.

It probably offers the most no. of choices when it comes to payments. Users can pay using Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, ZCash, Dash, and even Bitcoin Cash.

The vendor accounts cost $200.00. On top of this, there’s a 5% commission/sale. This commission is paid both by the buyer, as well as the vendor.

Finally, there’s multisig escrow which extensively reduces the chances of scams. Just after registration, a mnemonic code too is provided. This makes sure you can always recover your account no matter what.

You can also set 2-factor authentication using PGP, as well as a security PIN for added security.

The available search-filters are extensively narrow and specific. You can read more about them in my Evil Corp market review.

What I liked:

  • Multisig transactions
  • 6 Cryptocurrencies accepted.
  • No registration mandatory for browsing.
  • 2-FA, Security PIN and Mnemonic available.

What I didn’t like:

  • Not wallet-less.

22. Cartel Market

Link: http://mgybzfrldjn5drzv537skh7kgwgbq45dwha67r4elda4vl7m6qul5xqd.onion

Cartel Market isn’t a very old market and yet it offers equal to, or more features than most other established markets out there.

It boasts over 8,000 individual listings already! Cards, digital items, guides, electronics, clothing and a lot more is sold.

Its very strict vendor policies are commendable. Vendors must prove physical stock with a photo + paper note before they can sell on the market. This exponentially reduces scammers.

It also needs a 500 USD vendor bond which further minimizes scammers.

The market allows both Bitcoin and Monero deposits. Isn’t wallet-less. Only those funds which are available in your wallet can be used for purchases.

On top of that, there’s a “lottery” feature. Tickets cost $1.00. The prize pool is made up of these ticket-sales.

All the security features are available. This includes a login phrase, two separate IDs (an username, and a different “display name”), security PIN as well as PGP-based 2-FA can be enabled.

What I liked:

  • 8000+ products
  • Dual-crypto market
  • Very strict and expensive vendor policies
  • Lottery
  • Advanced security features

What I didn’t like:

  • It isn’t wallet-less.

23. White House Market

Link: http://auzbdiguv5qtp37xoma3n4xfch62duxtdiu4cfrrwbxgckipd4aktxid.onion/

White House Market is probably the oldest darknet market still functional on this entire list of darknet markets.

Why that matters? Newer marketplaces are much more likely to exit-scam as compared to an established market.

In fact, with nearly 6 million all-time registrations it’s without doubt also one of the biggest darknet markets in existence.

Talking of numbers, the market boasts 42,000+ product listings for now. That’s also the second-highest number of products you’ll find on any of the other darknet markets on this list.

The available categories include items such as drugs, software, counterfeits etc. Two rare categories include “Online Business” and “Defence/counter intel”.

The vendor-transparency is just amazing. The market tells you exactly how many sales each listing has had. Furthermore, the total sales made by each vendor across all his/her listings along with the ‘number of disputes’ too is displayed.

white house market vendor transparency

This helps you avoid scammers.

Next on the “impressive” list is its “wallet-less” payment mode. This means no advance deposits are required anymore. Users can pay for each order directly from their external wallets. This significantly reduces the risks of the market exit-scamming.

On the “not so bright side”, the market recently stopped accepting Bitcoins! So the only mode of payment still available is Monero.

Because it’s so well-established, it also has the highest vendor-fee in the industry. It demands a hefty $1000.00 for vendor accounts. Obviously for established (on other markets) this fee is waived.

Its product-restrictions further make it a safe and scam-free darknet market. It doesn’t allow “money transfer” /guides/  tutorials etc. These are the most scammer-friendly listings.

Obviously underage porn, terror-related listings, weapons and body parts too aren’t available for sale.

As far as security goes, it’s a bit too secure, almost to a fault. What I mean is, it has a mandatory PGP requirement which it enforces aggressively. However, you may be disappointed if you’re looking for the “PIN” or “login phrase” features, they don’t exist on WHM.

What I liked:

  • Wallet-less
  • 42000+ products.
  • Expensive vendor fee (minimizes scammer signups)
  • Accepts XMR.

What I didn’t like:

  • Doesn’t accept BTC.

24. Cannazon

Link: http://cannazo73ou34ev3vnvuq75wb2ienpcztqudkdozpuitvykqhvtiffyd.onion/

Cannazon is one of the top darknet drug markets especially because it’s focused directly on the “drugs” niche. In fact, as the name hints, it’s a market exclusively dedicated to “Cannabis”. No other types  of drugs (Cocaine / pills/ Opiates etc.) are sold.

Despite being limited to Cannabis, the product-stock still stands at over 2000 listings which is impressive.

The market uses a very easy to use interface. Despite being somewhat limited with its products, Cannazon has been in the industry for years and hence has an established repute.

It’s not a single-admin market either and accepts independent sellers. The vendor-fee for now is priced at $500.00. This bond is refundable upon closure of the vendor account.

Again, registration isn’t mandatory for simply browsing the market. However, purchases do require signups.

Payments are accepted via both BTC and XMR. Officially, the market encourages and prefers XMR transactions. It isn’t wallet-less and does require deposits prior to making purchases.

The vendor-transparency is acceptable. It shows a vendor’s total completed orders, as well as number of sales on other established markets.

One of the rare features it offers is the multisig transactions. 2-factor authentication using PGP takes care of account security.

It does have a “PIN” feature. However, it’s not used for fund-authorization. Rather, it’s used for account recovery.

The search-filter offers every filter that you’d need. You can set the min-max prices, shipping source/destination, and even select specific vendor.

What we liked:

  • Multisig transactions.
  • BTC + XMR accepted.
  • 2000+ Cannabis listings.

What we didn’t like:

  • Not wallet-less.

25. Liberty Market

Link: http://liberty6o7lubin4t2nzyebylmk4l4xfw6kk2o5xhg3fahqoatfiprqd.onion/

Another  one of the not-so-old yet feature rich darknet markets on this list. Sure the product-stock isn’t very impressive.

Just around 2,000 listings can be found for now. It does support escrow even though multisig transactions aren’t available for now.

Payments aren’t just Bitcoins but Monero too is accepted. Isn’t wallet-less and demands deposits to the account wallet.

It does allow selling on the market. In fact, it already has nearly 80 registered vendors. The vendor-fee however isn’t publicly mentioned for now.

Security isn’t the best per se, however, the basics such as 2-FA via PGP as well as security PIN are available.

The interface is extremely basic. It’s desirable for newer users while those of you with more experience may find it a bit dull.

The vendor-profiles do not share a lot of information, however, the total sales made by a vendor can sure be verified.

What I like:

  • BTC + XMR accepted.
  • Very simple interface.

What I didn’t like:

  • Not very well-designed.
  • Not wallet-less.

26. Apollon Market

Link: http://apollionih4ocqyd.onion

After White House Market, this is probably the second most aged market in the industry with nearly 3 years its credit.

In fact, its product-stock beats even White House Market and stands at over 66,000 listings!

There’s even the rare autoshop which most other darknet markets seem to miss. It can  be used to purchase cards instantly.

All the traditional darknet products including drugs, fake goods, software, fraud items, guides, malware etc. are available. Basically, everything except underage nudity, weapons, killing services and fentanyl can be traded.

Apart from the products, it also shines when it comes to payment modes! Users can make payments using BTC, XMR, LTC and even BCH!

Seeing how it’s one of the more aged markets, it doesn’t offer wallet-less payments and in this case I’m not complaining.

The minimum deposit requirement is 0.0005BTC, 0.08LTC, 0.02BCH and 0.16XMR for the respective Cryptocurrencies.

For security, there’s the security PIN which is required for withdrawals, as well as purchases. It’s like 2-FA but for your funds. The login phrase which almost all newer marketplaces miss is present as well.

Finally, the search-panel is without doubt one of the most filter-rich among all the other darknet markets on this list.

It’s an escrow marketplace and obviously accepts independent sellers. The vendor-fee is $200.00 and can be paid with either BTC or XMR.

What I liked:

  • Massive 66,000+ product stock.
  • BTC + XMR + BCH + LTC accepted.
  • Autoshop
  • Established (3+ years)

What I didn’t like:

  • No core updates since 2019.

27. Royal Market

Link: http://royalonemxpty5iqrmw7l6ftwhv4wlebquetf6ebh3efvgulz4qm2oqd.onion

Royal Market is almost exactly a year old today. However, it gets more things right than most other options on this list of darknet markets.

For starters, it’s wallet-less. Well yes, you can deposit funds directly from your external wallets for each purchase. This eliminates “exit-scam” possibilities. Moreover, users don’t have to worry about fund security on the market either.

No one would run out of “products” as the market has over 20,000 listed items. This is made possible because anyone is allowed to sell on the market if they deposit $250.00.

The market offers a very different interface. This is easier to use (than the current industry standard) and understand.

For payment, not just Bitcoin but Monero too can be used. Extensive details about the vendor, and the individual product’s performance is shown for each listing.

The market uses escrow by default. Some vendors who prove their legitimacy (judged primarily by sale volume) do get “Finalize-Early” privileges.

An advanced search panel exists. Offers filters such as category, minimum-maximum budget, and product-type.

What I liked:

  • Wallet-less
  • 20,000+ products
  • Accepts 2 cryptocurrencies

What I didn’t like:

  • The vendor bond is too cheap.

28. Torrez Market (Shutting Down & Registration is closed)

Link: http://yxuy5oau7nugw4kpb4lclrqdbixp3wvc4iuiad23ebyp2q3gx7rtrgqd.onion/

Torrez Market offers some of the most desirable and rare features in the industry.  It’s not exactly new either and is exactly 390 days old at the time of writing.

As for the number of products, an impressive catalogue of 26000+ listings can be currently found!

Another point that qualifies it as one of the best Tor markets in 2021 is its Cryptocurrency support! It accepts payments via Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero and ZCash!

Another rare feature is its dual-wallet mode. It offers both the wallet-less (direct payment), as well as centralized wallet deposits for payments! This by far is the most secure mode of wallet(s) available in the industry.

Anyone can start selling, as long as they can afford the $500.00 vendor-fee. Alike most other darknet markets, this fee is waived if repute and legitimacy can be proved from other marketplaces.

Security isn’t an issue either. The market offers this pretty rare TOTP (Temporary OTP) feature, using Google Authenticator, KeePassXC and other similar tools. The simpler PIN too is available which is required for authorizing fund-transfers.

Multisig transactions too are available which again are quite rare in the industry (scroll down to the FAQ section for details).

The vendor-transparency is pretty impressive as well. It shows a vendor’s total sales, disputes, age and other details which help validate his/her legitimacy and avoid scams!

Torrez Market

Finally, its user-base of 167183 registered users and 1189 registered vendors further help enforce trust.

What I like:

  • 4 Cryptocurrencies accepted
  • Multisig transactions
  • Wallet-less + Centralized modes
  • TOTPs

What I didn’t like:

  • No login phrase.

Bonus: Breaking Bad Forum

Link: http://chemforum.info/

This isn’t a darknet market, rather, it’s a forum. However, it’s one of the most unique forums in the industry and hence deserves a mention.

So, it’s a drug forum but it doesn’t sell drugs. Rather, it teaches how to manufacture or produce drugs. From very complex industrial-grade setups to a meth lab in someone’s kitchen, it has steps for everything.

It has detailed threads on how to synthesize, analyze, and market these products. It even has a “business support” section which deals with data encryption, marketing, legalities, logistics etc.

The forum is still pretty new and has only about 250 members for now. Yet, it’s extremely active which is evident from its 700+ messages in various threads.

Frequently Asked Questions

I believe these darknet market links suffice for now? Obviously, some of you may have a few basic questions, especially if you’re new. Let me try to  answer

#1. Is accessing darknet markets illegal?

No. Browsing these darknet markets isn’t illegal. The same is backed by this article on FindLaw.

Do note  that “browsing” must be limited to “opening of web pages” and may not constitute of “trades/buying/selling”.

#2. Is buying/selling on darknet markets illegal?

Contrary to what most people think, buying/selling on the darknet itself isn’t illegal.

It’s just that most products on the best darknet markets are often illegal (drugs/malware/ cards etc.). Even when the products are legal, e.g. “gold”, they may be obtained illegally (stealing/carding etc.).

Buying these “illegal products” is illegal.

However, it’s noteworthy that in rare cases, darknet markets may also sell completely legal products. E.g. a rare book, legally owned by the seller. In such cases, the trade is completely legal.

It’s best to avoid any and all trades on these darknet markets. If and when you do get involved in a trade, it’s your responsibility to ensure that the product being bought/sold is 100% legal, is legally obtained and is property of the seller.

#3. What are wallet-less markets?

You may have seen me hype up markets which accept wallet-less payments. There’s good reason for that.

Recently, Alphabay was  seized, Dream Market willingly shut down, and Empire Market exit-scammed. These were the biggest markets in the industry.

Now, “centralized wallets” (opposite of wallet-less) mean users had funds in their wallets, on the market.

These funds are lost when a market is seized. Markets can also exit-scam (run away with the funds) just like Empire market did.  Moreover, these funds have a higher probability of being tracked to the sender’s address.

Wallet-less markets on the other hand do not use “wallets”. As in, you pay for each order, directly on the checkout page. The funds directly go to the market escrow, or the seller.

In this case, because there’s no wallet, there are no “extra funds” on the market. Hence, the markets never have a significant amount of funds to run away with.

Even when a market does run away or gets seized, the maximum amount you lose is the amount equivalent to  your “last purchase”.

In a nutshell, wallet-less markets are less likely to exit-scam and result in smaller losses if and when seized.

#4. What are autoshops?

This again is a feature I pay special attention to.

Autoshops are basically automated shops on markets. These often sell card or account data.

What’s special is, these purchases are instant. Unlike normal orders, autoshop orders do not require a vendor to accept/ship your order. As soon as you click on “buy”, you get whatever you’re buying.

In most cases, there’s no escrow on autoshops. However, they also often feature a card-checker which makes sure vendors can’t scam you with dead cards.

#5. What are vendor/trust levels?

These are metrics a market assigns to its vendors.

Most often these are based on a vendor’s total sales, number of orders, disputes and other key factors.

The higher these are, the more trustworthy a vendor generally is.

#6. Why am I seeing different product-numbers and vendor-fee than what’s mentioned here?

The “product stock” and “vendor-fee” are two of the most dynamic aspects on a market. They change within a span of days if not hours.

Hence, it’s possible that by the time you read this darknet market list, these values have changed.

However the changes are seldom drastic and you’ll often find the numbers close to what’s mentioned here.

#7. What are multisig transactions?

I’ve mentioned multiple times how I like markets offering multisig, didn’t I?

Well, this is just a more secure form of payment. It  basically requires 3 authorizations, from 3 parties (the buyer/the seller and the market) in order for the funds to move.

This makes sure that no individual party can scam the other involved in a trade.

Do note that  2 of 2 multisig (requiring 2 keys) does exist however that isn’t generally used on markets.

#8. What is the login phrase?

Another phrase I’ve mentioned repeatedly is the “login phrase”.

It’s basically an anti-phishing mechanism. Some markets allow setting up of a secret “phrase” during registration.

This phrase is then displayed on a user’s dashboard permanently.

This helps avoid phishing attacks. Even when you click on a malicious link and land on a market site which looks and feels exactly like your market, it won’t show this login phrase in your account hence triggering an alarm (if you’re cautious enough).

Dos and Don’ts on darknet markets

There are two very basic yet often missed points you need to consider when actually using these markets.

For starters, never use “real-life data” while signing up. I mean, do not use your real-name, your pet’s name, your neighbours name, or anything you even remotely related to in real-life on these markets.

E.g. if your name is Nancy Smith and you’re from USA, it’s best that your username be “Ximingho China”. Hey, that’s just how far off you need this data to be.

Secondly, never use URLs you find on social media pages, Reddit or e-mails! Those are most likely phishing links.

Fund-anonymity on darknet markets

Another aspect you need to take care of is “fund security”. What I mean by that is, making deposit/withdrawals so that the funds can’t be traced to your original wallet.

The first rule being, try not to use “exchange wallets” (Coinbase/ Binance etc.). It’s better to use standalone apps such as Electrum.

Then, if you can afford it, it’s best to use a mixer to deposit the coins form your wallet to the market wallet/payment page.

Similarly, during withdrawals, send the funds from the market to the mixer before sending it to your wallet.

Also, Monero is generally considered more anonymous than BTC. It’s also cheaper and hence can be used in place of Bitcoin on markets.

Conclusion- best darknet markets 2023

You do have your list of best darknet markets by now, don’t you? I’m also pretty sure you wouldn’t land in any legal troubles if you follow the mentioned points.

If you need one concrete answer, I’d say Royal Market and Nemesis Market are the best in the industry for now.

Point being, always go with multi-vendor/escrow markets. Single-admin markets are the most likely to scam you. The other factors you should consider have already been listed above.

Finally, do not ignore NordVPN. Just using TOR isn’t secure, it has been previously hacked by the FBI, multiple times.

With that, I’d like to sign off this piece. If you need more darknet markets, check back in a few weeks.
